Kapitalska družba, d.d. has been the controlling company in the Group since the founding of Modra zavarovalnica, d.d., which operates in the field of life insurance, with primary responsibility for managing pension funds that provide voluntary supplementary pension insurance, in 2011.
Its internal organisational structure, with clearly demarcated competencies and responsibilities, enables it to carry out its basic business processes in an efficient manner.
